Kerkyra Marina



Gouvia Marina, the first privately owned marina in Greece, is situated about 6 kilometres from the town of Corfu and 7 kilometres from the International Airport. For many years seamen considered the harbour and the bay of Gouvia as a natural link between the Adriatic and the Mediterranean Sea as well as a port of call, where they could sail in, to repose, enjoying the climate and the beauties of the island.
In the 17th century Venetian seamen selected the area of Gouvia as an ideal location for creating a naval station and shipyards, remains of which have survived in the region. This tradition has been maintained until today while sailing yachts and motor boats from all over the world arrive at Gouvia Marina, enjoying the beauties of the sea and the environment, the cool breeze and the beautiful island of Corfu.
The Marina, fully organised, offering facilities and services of high standards, has been operating under the new management since 1996. The total capacity is 1235 berths, on both permanent and floating pontoons, while there are dry dock facilities for approximately 520 boats. Moorings are available for boats up to 80 meters long and with 5.5 meters draught, for short or long term periods.
The marina operates all year round on a 24-hour basis. Two green and two red lights mark the approach channel to the marina and all  boats are required to call the marina on the VHF, channel 69 in order to receive instructions. The marina's boat and personnel will provide all necessary assistance. After your arrival, you have to check in at the reception office where you will also be informed about all the details concerning your stay.
 

Sivota Thesprotias



Syvota (Moyrtos) is a coastal village where the green landscape is embraced by the unique blue sea that constitutes an idyllic picture. The area is surrounded by the isles of Agios Nikolaos and Mavro Oros. Also Syvota can constitute a starting point for also a trip in the Historical and natural monuments of Epirus.Syvota is a pole attraction for the visitors from all over the world. It is gifted by the nature and it can be unforgettable to everyone. Syvota has developed tourism in a great degree,having astonishing and cool beaches and green islets towards the entry of the bay.
There are many beached that one can visit, such as Mega Ammos, Mikri Ammos, Javia, Gallikos Molos, Bella Vraka which is of uinique beauty since it connects the isle with the land via a sand strip, etc. The marinas of Syvota and Plataria have the potentiality to accommodate small crafts, contributing even more to the area development.In addition, one can visit the villages of Faskomilia, Argyrotopos and Polyneri, in the rock of which there exists an ancient castle, a Byzantine acropolis and an unexplored cavern with beautiful stalactites.

Paxoi



The island is approximately eight miles (13 km) in length and tipped up towards the west. The west coast is dominated by steep white, chalky cliffs that are greatly eroded at sea level, and harbour many 'blue caves', which can be explored on launches departing from Gaios. Much of the attractive landscape is still covered in olive groves. These stretch from Lakka, the harbour community in the north, through Magazia to Gaios, the capital. Olive oil making, soap manufacture and fishing were supplanted by tourism as the main industry in the mid sixties, resulting in a construction boom, which has greatly altered the coastline around Gaios, the capital of the Paxiot demos (community). There are ferry and jetfoil connections daily with Kerkyra (Corfu) and with the mainland at Parga. Excursions to Albania (the resort of Saranda and the magnificent Greco-Roman settlement of Butrint) can also be arranged with the local jetfoil operators.

Antipaxoi



Antipaxos is a small island (5 km²) in Greece, about 3 kilometres (2 miles) to the south of Paxos. It reported a population of 64 inhabitants at the 2001 census, and is administratively part of the municipality of Paxoi in Corfu regional unit in western Greece. Largely covered in vineyards, Antipaxos has several beaches and one harbour, Agrapidia.
It has three main beaches: Vrika (white sand), Mesovrika (pebbles) and Voutoumi (pebbles) and it can be reached by 15-minute ride with a sea-taxi from the port of Gaios in Paxos.

Kerkyra



Corfu is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea. It is the second largest of the Ionian Islands, and, including its small satellite islands, forms the edge of the northwestern frontier of Greece. The island is part of the Corfu regional unit, and is administered as a single municipality. The municipality includes the island Corfu and the smaller islands Ereikoussa, Mathraki and Othonoi. The principal city of the island and seat of the municipality (pop. 32,095) is also named Corfu. Corfu is home to the Ionian University.
